Tim Buxton is an accomplished trial attorney with over 20 years of courtroom experience. Tim was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. He graduated from Bethany College in West Virginia and The Vermont Law School. After graduating law school, Tim joined the United States Air Force where he served as a Judge Advocate. He served in the Air Force from 1988 through 1999 during which time he was chosen for elite positions such as Circuit Prosecutor, Appellate Attorney and Instructor at the Air Force Judge Advocate General School. After separating from the Air Force, Tim worked for a large plaintiff’s firm in Denver where he gained extensive experience in all aspects of personal injury practice including auto and truck accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, birth trauma, traumatic brain injuries, and premises liability.
Tim and his wife, Lynn Page met while both were serving in the Air Force. Lynn is a retired Air Force Officer and is currently the branch manager of the Colorado Springs Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation office. They have been married since 1993. Tim and Lynn have two children. Danielle Page is a professional women's basketball player for both the WNBA and European leagues. Britain Buxton is a eigth grader at Creekside Middle School in Monument.
Sommer Stephens Luther received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver School of Law. Mrs. Luther was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2003 and is licensed to practice in both state and federal court.
Sommer Stephens Luther has been representing victims of personal injuries and medical malpractice in Colorado since 2003.
Mrs. Luther is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyer Association and the American Association for Justice. Sommer Stephens Luther is a board member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and currently serves as the co-chair of the Colorado Trial Lawyer’s New Lawyers Committee.
